Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman visited the Northern Command on Tuesday, together with IDF Chief-of-Staff Gadi Eizenkot.
Following a tour of the area, Liberman said that “I was impressed by the preparations, the plans and the readiness. The IDF’s role here is to maintain security and quiet along the northern border and that is what we are doing. I have no other plans aside from maintaining the quiet. I hope that everyone understands this well, even our neighbors. In any case, I do not suggest that anyone try to test us.”
