Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says that his country's air force provide support Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad's regime as much as possible. He added that Russia will try to prevent the fall of Aleppo and its surroundings to rebels.
Lavrov made his remarks following increased airstrikes in the region.
