Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari has acknowledged that the commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards' al-Quds Force, Qasem Soleimani, is helping the Iraqi military fight against ISIS.
"Soleimani is acting in Iraqi territory on behalf of the Iraqi government," al-Jaafari said during a press conference at the Iraqi embassy in Amman, Jordan.
