Chairman of the Aliyah and Absorption Committee, MK Avraham Nagosa (Likud) said on Monday that “Last year’s aliyah wave stopped because of a lack of coordination, schlemiel-ness and negligence. A window of opportunity has been opened before us, and we must take advantage of it and not be regretful when it closes.”
Nagosa called to the Interior Ministry to update the list of Israeli cities eligible for discounts for taking in new immigrants.
