A new report published by the Im Tirtzu organization in honor of Yom Yerushalayim (Jerusalem Day) reveals that a number of organizations are working towards a de facto separation of the capital city. The new report notes that in recent years a foundation based in Ramallah has been transferring millions of dollars to Israeli and Palestinian Authority organizations that run activities to undermine Israeli sovereignty in Jerusalem and to divide the city.
The report highlights how de-legitimization and boycott organizations invest significant efforts and funds into projects that are designed to portray Israel as a violator of human rights, with a specific emphasis on Jerusalem. The report emphasizes that the goal of these organizations is to produce international pressure on Israel, which ultimately harms the State’s ability to adequately respond to the security.
