Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze, the new Ukrainian Minister for Europe, says that the European Union should continue enforcing its sanctions against Russia, despite France and Germany's efforts to enact a peace agreement.
Klympush-Tsintsadze told NATO envoys that "Sanctions must be prolonged because Russia is not delivering." She also told Reuters, "When Europe stands united, that is the only language Russia understands."
She has noted that Russian attacks killed 14 Ukrainian soldiers during the past week.
