Evidence will be presented and witnesses will testify at the military court in the Elor Azariya case on Wednesday. Azariya shot dead a seemingly neutralized terrorist in Hevron.
The prosecution is expected to present the pathologist who performed the autopsy on the terrorist’s body, as well as soldiers and officers who were at the scene of the attack.
