The Supreme Court partially accepted the appeal made by Nachum Ben-Yitzhak, who was convicted of killing soldier Itzik More at a Jerusalem nightclub in 2009.
During a court hearing held on Sunday morning, the judges ruled that Ben-Yitzhak’s conviction will not be cancelled, but that his sentence will be reduced from 13 years in prison to 10 years in prison.
