A Palestinian Arab approached the security fence between Gaza and Israel in northern Gaza, Walla! reports.
IDF forces called to the Arab to retreat and then began an arrest protocol. When the suspect ignored the soldiers' calls and resisted arrest, the forces shot him in the leg.
PA news outlets said that the suspect was taken to a hospital for medical care.
