2nd suspect in Shai Shirazi murder case to be arraigned today

The second suspect arrested in connection with the murder of Shai Shirazi, son of crime kingpin Rico Shirazi, will be arraigned on Wednesday.

Shirazi was killed last week, after shots were fired at his car.
