Father of terror victim Shalom Sharki recites Kaddish at Har Herzl ceremony

The father of terror victim Shalom Sharki recited the Kaddish prayer for deceased relatives during the national ceremony for terror victims at Har Herzl in Jerusalem.

Sharki was killed in a car-ramming terror attack in Jerusalem.
