The Police Department is investigating a large scandal, involving an Afula man who allegedly defrauded soldiers and their relatives of tens of thousands of Shekels, Channel 2 reports.
The suspect allegedly promised the soldiers free expensive cell phones, while instead having them sign contracts and collecting payments on the phones. The suspect has denied all allegations made against him.
