The Knesset’s legal advisor, Attorney Eyal Yinon, wrote on Monday to Knesset Speaker Yoel (Yuli) Edelstein that “Holding a debate in the Knesset plenum or in any of its committees on the leaked draft of the State Comptroller’s report (on Operation Protective Edge).”
Yinon added that “Debating a draft that was never presented to the MKs is a blow to the right to a fair and appropriate process.”
