The National Student and Youth Council announced that secondary school studies will not be held on Sunday in Ramat Gan, Ofakim, Rosh Haayin, Yokneam and Deir al-Assad. Last week, high school studies were suspended for two days, after which the students announced that every day, schools in five authorities will be suspended, so that matriculation preparation will not be harmed.
The students are protesting against the teachers union’s decision banning students from leaving the school buildings, as well as against the driving testers’ strike.
