MK Nachman Shai (Zionist Union) turned to the head of the Labor Party, Yitzhak Herzog and called for the party to suspend its relations with the British Labour Party at once, in light of recent anti-Semitic expressions.

The MK indicated that “Foul spirits are blowing through the British Labour Party, spirits of hatred and extremism. It is no longer a party that we can be in close relations with and coordinate policies.”
