Senior US Air Force official, Major-General Peter Gersten, said that the US Air Force adopted the Israeli Air Force’s “knock on the roof” warning procedure.
The US Air Force is using the procedure during attacks against the “Islamic State” (ISIS) terrorist organization in Syria and in Iraq.
