Charles Koch, a US billionaire who has given large sums of money to Republican candidates, says that Hillary Clinton may be a better president than the Republican choices.
Kock made his comments on an interview with ABC's "This Week," which is scheduled to air tonight (Sunday). He began by saying that, in some aspects, Bill Clinton was a better president than George W. Bush.
He elaborated by saying, "We would have to believe her actions would be quite different than her rhetoric. Let me put it that way."
Koch heads an influential political group called Freedom Partners, along with his brother David.
