US Secretary of State John Kerry will meet with his Iranian counterpart, Mohammad Javad Zarif, in New York today (Friday). The two will discuss lifting the US sanctions on Iran.
A spokesperson for the US State Department noted that Washington disagrees with Iran's stance over paying $2 billion to the families of terror victims. Iran recently called the payments "theft."
