Norway: Oslo terrorist wins court case on violation of his rights

A court in Norway ruled that the basic rights of the terrorist, who murdered 77 people five years ago, were violation during his prison stay.

A court in Oslo ruled that the conditions under which the terrorist was held were in violation of the European Human Rights Treaty, which forbids treatment that is “inhuman and denigrating.”
