US: Cop who shot unarmed black citizen won’t serve time

The police officer who shot an unnamed African-American citizen in Brooklyn in 2014 will not serve time in prison, the Supreme Court in Brooklyn, New York ruled.

The court sentenced the officer to 800 hours of community service.
