Education Minister Naftali Bennett responded on Wednesday morning to statements made by MK Yitzhak Herzog (Zionist Union), according to which his party must “Change the situation in the state without giving off an impression that we are Arab-lovers.”
“Israeli Arabs make up 20% of the population… We do not hate them. They are citizens with equal rights and I am their Education Minister,” Bennett tweeted.
“I am sick of repeating this,” he concluded.
