A district court in Jerusalem sentenced an eastern Jerusalem Arab who lived in recent years in the US to 15 years in prison for attempting to join the “Islamic State” (ISIS) terrorist organization.
The 19-year-old was convicted of flying to Turkey last year in order to travel into Syria and join ISIS.
