Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat and Transport Minister Yisrael Katz will inaugurate on Wednesday the third portion of Jerusalem’s Begin Highway, the road that allows one to drive across the capital without having to stop at traffic lights.
The new section includes six lanes, four interchanges, 10 bridges and two tunnels.
