MK Nahman Shai (Zionist Union) says that the discovery of Hamas tunnels shows that "the government's failure to achieve gains from Operation Protective Edge."
He added, "Without a solution, Hamas is preparing for the next military confrontation. It is not afraid of Israel and is only waiting for the right moment, military and politically. Israel won itself some time but lost its deterrence."
