Germany to permit prosecuting comedian who mocked Erdogan

Germany has agreed to permit a comedian to be prosecuted for mocking Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, BBC reports.

Chancellor Angela Merkel, however, noted that the final decision is up to the courts.
