The Spanish Minister of Industry, José Manuel Soria, has resigned in light of the "Panama papers" leak.
The Popular Party minister explained that he is stepping down "in light of the series of mistakes committed in the past few days."
Soria initially denied any connection to the Mossack Fonseca firm, though later information showed that he has ties with a similar company on the island of Jersey.
