Belgian Transport Minister Jacqueline Galant has resigned over claims that her negligence allowed last month's ISIS attack on Zavantem airport.
Opposition parties recently leaked a confidential European Union memo from 2015 that criticized the security at Belgian airports.
The attack, which targeted the airport and a metro station, killed 32 people.
