Professor Drorit Hochner, the head of Hadassah Har Hazofim Hospital’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, said during a Knesset debate that “Arab mothers ask not to room with Jewish women.”
“It is not discrimination. We separate according to the new mothers’ requests,” the professor emphasized.
