The head of Prison Services, Ofra Klinger, decided to award early release to the 12-year-old Palestinian Arab girl arrested in February for carrying a knife, six weeks before the end of her prison sentence.
During investigation, the 12-year-old admitted that she was planning to commit a stabbing attack.
