The IDF and Israel Police have sealed off the home of Abed Mahmoud Abed Rabu Dawiat, in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Sur Baher.
Last September, Dawiat murdered Alexander Levlovitz by hitting his car with a rock during Rosh Hashanah. Three other terrorists were involved in the attack, though the Supreme Court ruled that their houses should not be sealed off.
