The Attorney representing former Minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer, indicted for accepting bribes, claimed on Sunday that his client suffers from cognitive impairments due to a medical condition.
“His memory has deteriorated and entire events have been wiped from his recollection,” the lawyer said.
