UK Prime Minister David Cameron has admitted to ITV News that he had partial ownership of his father's offshore trust, as was discovered from the "Panama papers" leak.

During an interview, Cameron said that he sold his shares of the trust, Blairmore before he became Prime Minister. "We owned 5,000 units in Blairmore Investment Trust, which we sold in January 2010. That was worth something like £30,000 ($42,000 US)", he said.
