Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says that his country does not present a threat to other nations and that it is interested in developing relations with countries around the world.
"We are in favor of a policy of modernization. Iran does not present a threat to any country. Tehran is interested in interacting with the world and with its neighboring countries," he said, adding: "In order to advance we need relations with the world."
