Rabbanit Tzvia Eliyahu, the widow of former Chief Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu, turned on Monday to Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Rivlin, and requested that administrative detainee Meir Ettinger be allowed to take part in his son’s brit mila (ritual circumcision) ceremony.
Repeated requests regarding Ettinger’s son’s brit were denied by the courts.
