Former Shas MK, Nissim Ze’ev, responded to suspicions that Shas Chairman Aryeh Deri is allegedly involved in a new corruption scandal.
“If Aryeh returned to the movement, he returned out of a belief that he has moved away from anything he was previously involved in, and has opened a new page. I do not believe that the man will be called for questioning again, as he was in the past, and they will begin singing ‘He is innocent, he is innocent.’ This time, he will be found innocent not by singing, but by dancing,” Ze’ev told Army Radio.
