MK Oren Hazan arrived at the military court and is attending the arraignment of the IDF soldier who shot a seemingly neutralized terrorist dead in Hevron.
The prosecutor said during the hearing the terrorist was shot without there being any operational need to do so. The prosecutor also claimed that the soldier’s statements contradicted each other.
