The Constitution, Law and Justice Committee approved second and third readings of a proposed bill to prevent public emergency hotlines against harassment.
According to the bill, harassing emergency hotlines will be deemed a criminal offense and phone numbers used to harass the hotlines will be potentially disconnected.
