Former Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has passed away at the age of 46.
Ford rose to international notice in 2013, after a video came out showing him smoking crack cocaine. Despite the evidence, he continued to deny any culpability, telling reporters: "I do not use crack cocaine, nor am I an addict of crack cocaine."
More videos continued to surface of Ford in compromising situations, until he admitted to "probably" using drugs at some time.
