The Ministry of Defense has announced that it will not recognize the Israelis killed in Saturday's Istanbul attack as terror victims, Army Radio reports.
The Ministry stated that, unless its proven the suicide bomber targeted Israelis, the victims cannot legally be counted as "victims of hostilities."
In response, MK Meir Cohen (Yesh Atid) declared that he would submit a bill to change the law.
