Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is currently speaking at the AIPAC policy via satellite.
He opened his speech by offering his condolences for the constant terror attacks around the world, including today's (Tuesday) attack in Brussels.
"In all these cases, the terrorists have no resolvable grievances. It's not as though we could offer them Brussels or California or even the West Bank," he said.
He added that "The only way to defeat these attacks is to join together and fight them together."
