Democratic Presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders spoke on Monday night with the press in Utah and said that he is a friend of Israel, but that sometimes, even among friends, there are conflicts.
“If I am elected President, I will work to promote peace, as a partner and as a friend of Israel. But, in order to succeed, we must not only be friends of Israel, but also friends of the Palestinians,” Sanders added.
