The High Court rejected on Monday a petition filed by a group of 10 professors against a meeting of the Council for Higher Education. The petition was filed in light of the fact that the minimum amount of members required to attend the meeting will not be attained, following the resignation of six council members.
The High Court ruled that the council can continue to operate.
