Identity revealed of second Israeli killed in Turkey

The second casualty of the terror attack in Istanbul was Yonatan (Yoni) Suher, a husband and father of two. He was visiting Turkey with his wife Inbal in honor of his 40th birthday.

Suher and his family lived in Tel Aviv.
