President Reuven Rivlin and his wife Nechama departed on Tuesday from Israel and headed to Moscow, Russia, where Rivlin will meet with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin.
The meeting between the two Presidents will be held in light of Putin’s announcement that Russian forces have begun to retreat from Syria.
