Balal Abu Ghanem, the terrorist who shot, stabbed and choked Israelis on a bus in Jerusalem’s Armon Hanatziv neighborhood together with an accomplice, refused on Sunday morning to attend a court hearing on the case in the capital.
Due to the terrorist’s refusal to attend the hearing, the plea bargain he had been offered was annulled, and a new hearing date will be scheduled.
