Despite the recent terror attacks in Jerusalem, 1,200 people from all over Israel arrived in the capital on Wednesday and took part in the “Sivuv Shearim” ceremony (Encircling the gates of Jerusalem’s Old City), in honor of the start of the Jewish month of Adar Bet.
The “Sivuv Shearim” ceremony has taken place at the start of every Jewish month for 14 years.
