US Secretary of State John Kerry spoke on Tuesday night with his Chinese counterpart about the situation in South Korea.
It was earlier reported that South Korea’s leader, Kim Jong-un, announced that scientists from his country succeeded in creating miniature nuclear warheads that will travel on ballistic missiles.
