Jerusalem Command head, Major-General Yoram Halevy, said following Wednesday morning terror attack near Damascus Gate that “The operational forces spread out in the area, alongside the skilled and professional police and border police officers, together led to the neutralizing of the terrorists, preventing a much larger attack.”
“We continue to spread out our forces throughout the city, in order to safeguard the locals,” he added.
