The Knesset's Labor, Welfare and Health Committee on Tuesday approved new regulations for equal rights for people with disabilities, according to which hospitals, clinics and medical institutes will be made accessible to people with disablities.
Among others, the regulations state that a person with a disability will have access through a continuous sidewalk, parking, or a public transport station into the institution itself.
