The Police Department finished earlier on Tuesday investigating the collapse of the lighting system at a Yavneh event hall last June. One person was killed and 19 others were injured in the tragic event.
The investigation concluded that enough evidence exists to charge the hall’s owners with causing death by negligence, and other crimes.
In addition to the hall’s owners, the person in charge of the hall’s lighting, the person who installed the lighting, and the civil engineer who signed off on the lighting plan may be indicted.
